HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
Once you have had a browse through our cake designs, flavours, and pricing guides, fill in an order form and we will get back to you as soon as we can with a quote. Once your cake has been confirmed we will email through an invoice. Please note a 50% deposit is required to secure your order. Full payment is required 1 week prior to cake delivery.
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE CAN I ORDER?
As soon as possible! As our cakes are made to order we need to know at least 3 days in advance. If you are needing one within 3 days you may email us and we’ll see what we can do.
Can I pick-up a cake?
No, unfortunately not at this stage.

CAN I ALTER AN ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN PLACED?
Yes, an order can be updated up to 5 days before the delivery date. Please email us as soon as possible with the changes required.
WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?
Sorry, as we take orders on a first come, first served basis, there are no refunds on cancellations within 7 days of delivery. If you do wish to cancel before this, there is a non-refundable 10% administration fee.
HOW DO I STORE THE CAKE BEFORE serving?
Once your cake has been delivered, please store it in the fridge, or a cold space until 2 hours before serving. Keep out of direct sunlight. Cakes with flowers should be served within 24 hours as they will begin to wilt.
HOW LONG DOES A CAKE LAST?
If you still have some leftover, lucky you! Cakes should be eaten within 3 days however can be frozen and later defrosted to treat yourself another time. If keeping it fresh, store in an airtight container in a dark cupboard.
DO YOU MAKE GLUTEN FREE, DAIRY FREE OR VEGAN CAKES?
We do make gluten free cakes but not dairy free or vegan sorry! We will happily point you in the direction of someone who can though.
DO YOU USE FONDANT?
No, we only use Swiss meringue buttercream.
can i order a SHAPED CAKE?
No, at this stage we only make round cakes.
WHAT ARE THE SERVING SIZES OF YOUR CAKES?
Our serving sizes are either coffee (1 x 1") or dessert (2 x 1").
